Upon receipt of a proper notice, we will take actions such as removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content, and we will notify the person who posted the content about the action we have taken.
3. Counter-Notification

4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
